A woman told off for offering an arrested muslim man water. It is ramadan and he has been fasting for over 19 hours, she subsequently encounters sergeant Sefer - who tells her cycling is a crime and later arrests her for breaching a section 12 restriction placed on participants of a monthly safe-cycling demonstration called "critical mass".
